A bit of History.

Pantasana was set up in 2008 October with the purpose of revisioning the spirit of the old and typical Deep Fried Fish bar called “Casa Paco”, which was established back in the 50s.

This is a modern, dynamic, but simple business, and that is reflected both in the menus and the establishment itself. Pantasana has been able to blend the tradition of the old Casa Paco with the innovative and world-famous mediterranean cook, focusing in the tapas culture.

We have a +40 year tradition in the catering business, and we are specialized in deep fried fish, seafood and local fish. Pantasana complements this rich tradition with other delicious dishes like home made tapas, typical rices and special montaditos (small baguettes).
